Download bank files

Follow the steps below to download a bank statement from the bank of your choice. CAMT.053 is preferred where available; otherwise use MT940 or CSV.

Bank websites and app menus change regularly. The labels in the screenshots may therefore differ slightly from your current screen; follow the equivalent export option and format.

Required file format: CAMT.053

Go to the ING website and log in. After logging in, click Download > Transactions.

A new screen called ‘Download transactions’ opens. Select the account, start and end date, choose CAMT053 as the file format and click Download.
